Terri Dowty lives in London, where she and her husband Ian, a solicitor, educate their two sons. Terri is a musician, formerly on
full-time contract to the BBC, as well as a writer.

She is also the editor of Free Range Education: How Home Education Works (‘FREd’ for short).
