Mark’s Mum
Mark’s Mum is a former corporate lawyer who now stays home full time to educate her son. Her engineer husband helps out at weekends with technology lessons and practical science experiments.
Mark’s Mum says:
“Four years ago, when we began home educating Mark,
we had in mind that he would return to mainstream education
after some time at home.
Our views have now changed completely.
We no longer consider school an appropriate environment
for a child with Asperger’s syndrome.”
