Update from Lise Pyles

John is nearly 21 now. He lives independently next door to his grandparents.
He has completed an Associates degree at a community college where he has held the job of student government parliamentarian and then vice president. He is now continuing his studies to get a certificate in mental health studies. His other interests include politics, movies, and bowling.
I wrote a second book, Homeschooling your Child with Asperger Syndrome (Jessica Kingsley Publishers, 2004), and am currently homeschooling my second child, who is neurotypical and currently in grade 11.
After living in Australia for a total of six years, we have now returned to the United States.
