Jan Fortune-Wood
The Rev. Dr. Jan Fortune-Wood is a parish priest at St Barnabas Church in Birmingham, England. She and her husband Mike home educate their four children in an autonomous style.
Jan is the author of two books on non-coercive parenting and autonomous education: Doing It Their Way and Without Boundaries, both published by Educational Heretics Press.
Her third book, Bound to be Free, also published by Educational Heretics Press, is about the hidden costs of institutional education.
