Links to the page are not changed (you may wish some or all of them to retain the original spelling or capitalization).

If it is the home page that is being renamed, administrators or local users can optionally have the topic also renamed to the same new name (note that users restricted to topics by name will not have access to the renamed topic unless the only change has been capitalization).
