The Add or View (or “go to”) page lets you enter the name of a Wiki page explicitly. If it exists, the current view of the page will be shown. If it does not, then the Editing page will be shown for you to start creating the page content.

A list of existing pages is shown at the bottom of the go to page; you can click on any page in that list to view that page, too.

There are no restrictions, other than a length of at most 50 characters, on the name of a page. However, some characters (], |, @, #, *, /) have special meanings in the syntax of links, so are best avoided.
